Scaldead is an evening length modern dance horror choreographed by Alex Floyd in collaboration with OdDancity dancers Timothy Marquis Johnson, Kistina Pressler, and Angela Todaro. Set to unsettling sounds by Aaron Dilloway, scaldead will be staged in the creaky space of Pieter Performing Arts in Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles on evenings of May 21st and 22nd at 8pm.

Scaldead explores the instability of humans in their most raw form, diving into the subconscious in matters of death, pain, guilt, and grief. Balancing on the fine lines between awake, asleep, and dead, the audience may find themselves questioning how the subconscious and spirit world intertwine.

OdDancity is a modern dance company under the direction of Alex Floyd which breaks new ground, pushing art past its limitations using psychology and physical language of the subconscious.
